At Sophy Capital, we specialize in urban infill developments that enhance the built environment by leveraging public-private partnerships to produce mixed-income, mixed-used communities. As a minority-owned and millennial managed, fully integrated commercial real estate firm, we have a keen understanding of urban development practices that benefit our stakeholders and strengthen our communities.

Atlanta Civic Center Redevelopment
The primary objectives of the project are to breathe new life into the existing performing arts center and bring it up to date with modern standards. This entails transforming it into a state-of-the-art venue that caters to music, concerts, films, and various plenary events.
